It’s a three media tank using Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF), Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), and a quartz bed to clean water as it enters the home.
KDF filter media helps reduce chlorine and heavy metals and prevents bacteria from growing inside the tank. GAC (coconut shell carbon) is effective at reducing chlorine, MTBE, pesticides, and most solvents. The quartz bed maintains even distribution of sediment at the bottom of the tank, allowing for better water flow.
It uses an electronic de-scaler with electrical impulse technology to reduce scale buildup throughout the house, backed by a battery backup for continued use.
