How is this different from a traditional salt-based water softener?

Our systems are salt-free. Catalytic filtration media alters the structure of calcium and magnesium so they can't form hard scale — no salt bags, no chemicals, no sodium added to your water.

Which system is right for my home?

It depends on your home size and water usage. The Elite-15 and Classic-10 work for any home size (up to 6 bathrooms), while the Eco-5 suits medium homes with up to 3 bathrooms. A free water evaluation confirms the best fit.

Do I need to change filters or add salt?

No. All of our systems are cartridge-free and salt-free, with no ongoing filter changes or salt refills required.

Why is OWS rated #1 by many review sites and consumers

OWS prides themselves on leading and exclusive technology and exceptional customer service, with a no nonsense warranty for up to 15 years.

Why is the cost less expensive than most other competitors?

OWS prefers more customers and satisfied results so that our customers recommend their friends, saving time and expense from expensive advertising.

Why is no under the sink filter needed?

With our effective whole home filtration it does what it is designed for, no extra filters or expense is required.

If there is no maintenance needed why do you come back every year to check on it?

The free visits we offer are for customer satisfaction, we want our customers to know we care and that the OWS system is always working. The investment in service we give is far better than the cost of loosing a customer.

What warranty comes with the system?

Every system includes a 15-year, non-prorated limited warranty covering parts and labor, plus a free annual inspection.

Is the water evaluation really free?

Yes — a full water quality test and consultation come with no cost and no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Carlsbad, CA and serve homeowners throughout San Diego County, including Oceanside and surrounding communities.

What is a salt-free water softener?

A salt-free water softener conditions hard water without adding sodium or chemicals. Instead of stripping out calcium and magnesium with salt, our catalytic media changes the structure of those minerals so they can't form scale — protecting your pipes, appliances, and fixtures while keeping water healthier to drink.

What is cartridge-free water filtration?

Cartridge-free means there are no filter cartridges to buy, track, or replace. Our systems use long-lasting internal filtration media designed to keep working for years without swap-outs, so you get continuous filtration without the recurring cost and hassle of standard cartridge filters.

What is whole house water filtration?

Whole house water filtration treats water at the point it enters your home, so every faucet — kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and outdoor spigots — delivers filtered water. That's different from an under-sink or pitcher filter, which only treats water at a single point of use.

Water Quality Association Scam

By Hunter Worsfold Home Water Filtration Comments Off

Just a quick warning to people that are living in the Fresno area; there are people going door to door leaving warnings to the homeowners saying that their water is dangerous. Do not believe these warnings as the actual Water Quality Association has already posted a warning about them. The scare tactics are being used by a company to try and sell you a water filter. The WQA do not even do door to door visits. If you see a door hanger (like the one below) do not believe the warning.
